We supply everything you need - all in one place - to support your company's communication strategy. We offer mobility for more and more types of common mobiles and link employees to any office support system you use.
Device Management
All mobile phones in your company can be administrated from one location. You can keep a check on all the mobiles out in the field and even perform remote installation and updating of software. Your company's mobile security policy can be implemented on a wide range of terminals. Each employee will be provided with a do-it-yourself admin. page. Here they can keep control of back-ups and procedures for theft/loss, such as locking the phone and deleting data, even on the removable memory card.
Wireless E-mail

Users can get quick access to their e-mail, calendar, contacts, notes and tasks from nearly any mobile phone. You can also download attachments, respond to meeting requests and administrate subfolders while on the road.
We offer compatibility with Exchange, Domino, GroupWise, IMAP, POP3 and XML. With support for older versions of e-mail servers, such as Exchange 5.5 and 2000, no upgrading is required simply to provide mobile access.

One Number Concept The employee's business phone number is used as the only number, for both fixed line and mobile calls. The status is simple to change from the mobile phone:
Business Mode
The employee himself determines when he will receive work calls by putting the phone into Business Mode.
Incoming calls ring on both the in-house equipment and the mobile phone, increasing availability (Dual Phone).
The switchboard and the employee's colleagues can see/hear if he is on the phone, even if the call is taken on the mobile phone. This saves wasting time calling a phone that is not going to be answered.
The employee's business number is displayed to the person receiving the call.
Private Mode Incoming calls automatically go through to the switchboard or Voice Mail and the employee is freed up from work calls when on holiday or off work.
The employee's mobile number is displayed to the person receiving the call.
File Sync Highly automated distribution of information, updates and restores which means that the entire organisation always has the latest version of the company's business information, including files, images, video, forms, documents and intranet content - with no extra imposition on users. Almost any file or data can be synchronised. Information saved at specified locations on the network can be distributed automatically to a wide range of terminals. In addition, data which is captured in the mobile unit can be automatically received and saved centrally in the organisation (e.g. images, video, forms, etc.).
Application Sync
Synchronises and extends existing support tools in your company to mobile phones and allows the user to communicate with effectively all data sources in the company. Application Sync provides access from a mobile phone to your company's core applications, such as CRM systems, staffing systems, support tools and other database-based business solutions and helps ensure that employees can also be productive when they are out travelling.
DECT Intelecom has a lot of experience in supplying wireless voice networks. DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telephony) has been, and remains, the commonest type of in-house mobile telephony. This system offers good sound quality and effectively unlimited capacity and coverage on the premises by employing multiple base stations. This fact, combined with highly developed handset functionality, means these cordless terminals behave like any other, wired, phone in the system. In some environments there is a requirement to use DECT in preference to other types of wireless phones; e.g. in hospitals because of the low EMI effects of the terminals compared with GSM, and in the oil and gas business where there are explosion safety requirements.
VoWLAN An upcoming new technology, where Intelecom is involved in managing the development of wireless data networks (WLANs) as carriers of wireless IP telephony. These WLAN systems require precise planning to achieve sufficient capacity and coverage. Intelecom can show you how.
